Who are we?
We are a club for people who enjoy swimming, both old and young, with about 250 members.
The objectives of the Club is to teach, coach, promote and encourage swimming and allied activities.
Where are we?
Our home pool is in Rhyl, Denbighshire, North Wales.
When do we train?
We have training sessions five mornings and four evenings a week.
