Rhyl Dolphin Swimming Club members produced excellent performances recently in Swansea competing in the Welsh Age & Youth Championships.

Congratulations goes to:

Jamie Whiteside silver medal in 200m Breaststroke and Bronze medal in 400IM,

Laura -Jayne Clark Bronze medal in 800m Freestyle,

also Michael Wood, Lloyd Stanley, Jack Fielding, Alice Edwards, Erin Stanley, Ruth Lemin and Charlotte Constantine.

The dolphins achieved many personal best times and many finals were swam.
